Song for Haiti
Our worship pastors, Moses & Erica Lugemye, have written a song in honor of the anniversary of the Haitian Earthquake, and it has been publicized in Charisma Magazine! All proceeds from Itunes purchases of this song go straight to Youth With A Mission (YWAM) as they work to build homes in Haiti. Check out the articles, download the song, and pass it on! What a great way to share the love and hope of Jesus with a world that needs it!

Staff Update
We want to make you aware of a few changes we have made to our staff over the past few months.
Zack Chatterton served as an unpaid intern for a year before taking on a part-time staff position doing our media, graphics & I.T. work, as well as giving oversight to our online Planning Center scheduling program. Zack helped move us to a higher level of excellence in a number of areas. As of November 30th, Zack is no longer serving in a staff capacity but he & his wife Tara continue to serve as members of The Springs and as the Junior High Leaders in our NorthShore Student Ministries. Thanks for a job well done, Zack!
Caryn Ciardella also began as an intern for NorthShore and has recently stepped into a staff role taking over many of Zack’s roles with media & graphics, as well as continuing as a NorthShore leader where she leads the NorthShore Ethos team and heads up the after school tutoring program.
John Ciardella is currently serving as an intern to Pastor Justin. John is heading up the Sacred Edge college-age ministry and is leading worship for NorthShore under Pastor Moses’ mentorship. John also does the church landscaping.
We are so thankful for the great people that God continues to bring our way. Thank you, Zack, Caryn & John for your great work & service.
